Feline mask

This mask is a donation to Happ's pumpkin farm.

This was done in a couple of hours while I was waiting for epoxy to dry and Rokemi's head. There is not fur on the face, just paint. The entire face is the original sculpt right down to the eyelids and nose. I may offer some premades like this for sale for those who cannot afford a fully decked out fursuit head. I do however; want to find a paint that sticks to the resin a bit better first.

This was also a great est for the blank itself, I put the hinges in the slots without looking at how the jaw was lining up, (to see if the slots would in fact work as intended) and when it was all together the top and bottom jaws lined up flawlessly. This means that unless the base is warped for some unknown reason, the mouth will always line up! I used the resin bases nose and eyelids as well to prove that they are in fact functional. Other then paint, NOTHING was added to the face. I does have an articulated jaw. The only adjustment that may need to happen is the tear ducts. While they look really cool, someone with a larger head my have some vision obstruction caused by them being there. The last test for this head was the break away grooves. In short, there was never a dremel used on this base. I popped everything apart by hand. The only thing that required a razor was the removal of the "placeholder" eyes on the base.

All in all I was very happy with t he result.
